Securing land and overcoming construction hurdles required the collective support of both Adventist and non-Adventist community members. Their willingness to contribute reflects a shared recognition of the school’s potential to bring about positive change. As Ellen G. White aptly stated, “The greatest want of the world is the want of men—men who will not be bought or sold, men who in their inmost souls are true and honest” (Education, p. 57). The Hadaro SDA School is dedicated to cultivating such individuals, instilling in them a foundation of faith and integrity.
A pivotal moment in the school’s history was the two-week evangelistic campaign held in Hadaro City, led by Daniel Shamebo Sabore, President of the EGP, in July 2024. This campaign not only drew thousands of attendees but also resulted in numerous conversions and acceptance of biblical truths. The event underscored the critical role of education in advancing the gospel mission. During the graduation ceremony at the Hadaro SDA School, Mr. Sabore emphasized the importance of Christian education, quoting Deuteronomy 6:6-7: “These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.” This biblical mandate is central to the school’s mission, guiding its curriculum and daily activities.

White reminds us, “True education means more than the pursuit of a certain course of study. It means more than a preparation for the life that now is. Despite her formal education being cut short at the age of nine due to a tragic accident, Ellen White became one of the most influential Christian authors in history. Her story resonates deeply with the mission of Hadaro SDA School, which seeks to nurture students who may face challenges but are destined for greatness in God’s plan.
Despite significant progress, the school faces numerous challenges due to limited resources. Initial classrooms were constructed with wood and mud, funded by EGP. However, the school urgently requires the following improvements:
Government supervisors have mandated that the school upgrade its infrastructure to meet educational standards. The requirement includes constructing a permanent building using concrete and metal, along with essential utilities. These improvements are crucial to ensuring the school’s continued operation and compliance with government regulations.

Currently, the school offers Nursery, LKG, UKG, Grade 1, and Grade 2. The increasing enrollment reflects the demand for quality Christian education in the region.

During the July 2024 graduation ceremony, EGP President Daniel Shamebo Sabore witnessed students performing songs, reciting Bible verses, and participating in various spiritual activities.
